For owners
Owner’s questions — answered at a glance
No spreadsheets, no phone calls, no trips to the club.
How much can I take from the till?
Money in every account — and next to it, what the club owes: wages, tips, suppliers.
Why doesn’t the till balance?
Every cash withdrawal has a reason; a shortage shows up when the shift closes.
Where did the stock go?
Deliveries from a photo of the invoice, stock counts and “against wages” with a limit.
Which admin works best?
Every shift gets a score; at month end — the totals and the best employee.
Why is it lagging for guests?
You can see who is downloading and loading the server, and the blocker keeps the channel clear.
What happened to that PC?
The “black box” records the minutes before a crash; the PC can be checked remotely.
How do I get a guest to come back?
Levels and coins, clans with weekly goals, bonuses, booking and sign-in via Telegram.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need internet?
Not for the club to run: the server sits at your place. Internet is needed for the bot, the dashboard and updates.
What kind of server do I need?
Any computer that is always on: Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016+ or Ubuntu 24.04.
We run diskless boot — will it work?
Yes. Install once into the image — every PC connects to the club by itself.
How do I switch from other software?
Guests, deposits, bonuses, achievements, PCs and the floor map are moved over; during the switch, deposits are reconciled every day.
Where is guest data stored?
On the club server, with a backup every hour. Recon does not store guests’ ID document numbers.
How much does Recon cost?
Nothing: no subscription fee and no per-PC fee, however many PCs you have. Modules are in beta now.
Your club, no fog of war — starting tonight
Download Recon, run it on the club server and connect the PCs.
